Because STRONGher is adapted from our in-studio programming, all you need are dumbbells and/or kettlebells, booty bands, and resistance bands.
Your workouts shouldn't take longer than an hour. Typically they will range from 40 to 50 minutes.
We program with the intent for you to build muscle and lose fat and have had hundreds of women successful in body recomposition (muscle gain and fat loss) with this program!
Please note that nutrition plays a huge role in both of these results.
Your program will be in the following split. You do not need to stick to this order, this is just our guidance. Feel free to workout whenever you want!

I am deeply passionate about helping women grow stronger, not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally. Over the past 20 years, I have had the privilege of training thousands of women in person, and I take immense pride in seeing my clients step into a stronger, more confident version of themselves.Because of this, I hold myself to the highest standard when it comes to programming for strength and overall health. I have built a team of experienced women with diverse athletic and educational backgrounds to design effective programs for both our in-studio and online clients. Together, we are committed to delivering expert guidance backed by years of hands-on experience.
I used to skip gym class when I was in high school. I'm so glad that I have completely changed the narrative I was raised with, that exercise is for weight loss. I learned that exercise is for everyone, and I have been able to see and feel true strength and hard work by letting it be for me. While working at Crowned Fit I have trained hundreds of women. There's nothing more empowering than seeing women discover how strong they truly are. It brings me joy to be part of a community that helps women see what they're capable of, inside and outside of the gym. Writing a workout program that trains women for life, not just lifting, has been the most gratifying experience.
Fitness has given me so much through my life. It has not only been my lighthouse through periods of difficulty both mentally and emotionally, but it has also provided me with a sense of power, confidence, and tenacity that I carry through all aspects of my character inside and outside of the gym. Being a coach and program director at Crowned Fit allows me to share my love of exercise with my community and help instill those values in others while we all work towards being the best versions of ourselves.
